We love to craft projects together, and eat donuts!
What is it like to work with your daughter? Riley, what is it like to work with your dad?
Working with Riley has been so much fun, I get inspired everyday by the way she thinks, by the way she looks at the world. Watching her come up with an idea from start to finish, working through colors, samples, cost, and seeing her face when it all comes together has been nothing short of amazing.
My dad and I laugh a lot when we make necklaces. We also have dance contests, but also get really serious some times too, but only sometimes. - Riley
What have you learned from each other?
I learn something knew from Riley everyday. Mostly, when you work with a 6 year old, patience is key.
What is your favorite thing about each other?
My favorite thing about Riley, is that she is that happiest kid I have ever met.
My dad is the best dad I have ever met, next to my other dad. - Riley
Riley what do you like to do for your dad(s) on Fathers’ day?
Make him feel very happy and loved very much.
Why is it important for Dad to be a feminist?
Because we need more dads to be feminist so that they can help their girls have equal rights.
There you have it! This duo is all about dads, donuts, crafts, and championing the important stuff: Love and happiness. Riley and John show us that Father's Day -- and everyday -- is about showing you care (and doing it with style).
